Résumé
It is collectively admitted that the implementation of the management by the total quality (TQM) is a fundamental factor for the long-term success of an organization. Also, the capacity to be innovated is a central factor of survival and growth of a company today. The TQM as well as the innovation are then considered today as ingredients susceptible to maintain and to improve the performance of companies. It is in this sense that joins the objective of this research; it is a question of studying the possible and complementary interrelations between the TQM and the innovation and of analyzing their effects on the performance of the company. For that purpose, an abstract model and hypotheses of search based largely on existing theories are proposed and will be tested in an agri-food context in the port of Agadir.
