Interactions between human beings is everywhere in the universe, and particularly in the workplace. Interpersonal communication is the bedrock of any human relationship involving at least two people. By its nature, the human being cannot “not communicate”, moreover communication is a main activity in his life, as important as breathing. In everyday life, communication is happened under favorable conditions, in a simple and fluid way unlike communication in the professional context which often represents an obstacle and exhaustion for the agents of the company whatever their importance in the hierarchy. As long as business information is extremely important, adapted communication will be a key success factor for the communication situation. Also conceived as a source of motivation and fulfillment at work, the effective communication contributes to enhance the self-confidence of the individual – the staff -, the links between the agents of the organization as well as the popularization of the culture organizational.
